At the start of this year, I have vowed to do 2 things (like I’ve done every year for the past 5 years): write regularly, and get back into shape. Well, as you see, I have got my first post of the year going. I have also contributed to Talwalkar top-line by going in for a full year membership: personal trainer included. To further reduce my ‘bottom-line’, I have also decided to go the extra mile by doing 2 other things: cutting rice from my diet, and walking to office.
It’s been a week – I have not yet fallen off my diet wagon, and the gym guys haven’t missed me even for a day. This is huge – WWIII huge – for me, that is. I already feel lighter, and I don’t feel that tightness around my waist – the one that appears right after lunch.
